Conflict Resolution and Personal Safety inc Breakaway Level 2
The Conflict Resolution and Personal Safety inc Breakaway Level 2 course is designed to provide delegates with the knowledge and skills necessary to handle conflict situations effectively in the workplace and manage their own personal safety. The course includes training on the use of breakaway techniques, which can be used to defend oneself and escape from physical attacks.
The course covers a range of topics, including the causes and types of workplace conflict, de-escalation techniques, and the importance of communication in resolving conflicts. Delegates will also learn about risk assessment and management, as well as personal safety strategies and practical tips for staying safe in potentially dangerous situations.
The course includes practical demonstrations and exercises, allowing delegates to apply their learning in a safe and controlled environment. The use of breakaway techniques is also covered in depth, with training on how to safely and effectively use these techniques to protect oneself from physical harm.
The course is designed to be delivered over a period of six hours, with plenty of opportunities for questions and discussions throughout. Successful candidates will be issued with a certificate that is valid for three years, demonstrating their understanding and knowledge of conflict resolution and personal safety.
